The Well is a network of young adult Bible studies on the Treasure Coast where people can find living water in Jesus Christ. We create space for honest questions, deep conversations, and real relationships that lead to lasting discipleship.
Our heart is to welcome those who feel forgotten, rejected, or hurt by the Church and show them that they still have a place in the family of God.
"We believe the Church is wherever Jesus is and wherever His people gather in His name: a sanctuary, a bar, a restaurant, or a coffee shop."
Living Water
Rooted in Scripture, open to questions, centered on Jesus.
Real Community
Honest relationships around a shared table, wherever that may be.
Lasting Discipleship
Making disciples of all nations, beginning right here on the Treasure Coast.
Our Story
How The Well Began
2025
The First Gathering
In October 2025, Pastor Eric Nelson and Worship Leader Mike Faurot sensed a clear burden to reach young adults who had been overlooked, rejected, or wounded by the Church. The first gathering started small, with three people meeting in a Mexican restaurant in the Stuart area.
Over time that simple gathering grew into a micro church that now meets at Dirty South Bar in Downtown Stuart, creating a welcoming environment for young adults who might never walk into a traditional church building.
2026
A Growing Network
In early 2026, Pastor Eric again felt led to plant another Bible study in a different location as he saw the hunger in Generation Z for sound doctrine, deep community, and meaningful discipleship around a shared table.
The Well exists to meet that hunger with clear teaching from Scripture and a culture of grace and hospitality. A new Well is currently in the process of being planted in Port Saint Lucie, FL, as the network continues to grow across the Treasure Coast.

What to Expect at a Well
A Welcoming Table, Not a Religious Performance
Each Well is designed to feel like a shared table of community. You can expect to open the Bible, ask questions, talk through real issues, sing and pray, and build relationships with other like minded people.
Open the Bible
Teaching rooted in Scripture with room for real questions and honest discussion.
Real Conversation
A culture of love and forgiveness where no question is too hard and every story matters.
Live Worship
Live or acoustic worship led by Mike and others, honest, reverent, and accessible.
Food & Community
Usually coffee or food. Real people. A place to belong, believe, and become who God called you to be.
Find a Well
Join Us
Our goal is to see disciples made in every public place on the Treasure Coast that will allow us to gather, whether that is a bar in Downtown Stuart, a local coffee shop, or another neighborhood venue.
As more Wells are planted, our prayer is that young adults across the Treasure Coast will find a place to belong, believe, and become who God has called them to be.

You Have a Place Here
Whether you've been hurt by the Church, walked away from faith, or are just starting to ask questions, there is a seat at the table for you.
The Well runs entirely on generosity. There is no cover charge, no offering plate, and no pressure. Just people gathering around the Word of God in places that are open to everyone.
If you want to help make that possible, every contribution goes directly toward:
Food & drinks at each gathering
Study materials, Bibles, and printed resources
Worship equipment and sound needs
Acts of generosity toward people in need in the community
Planting new Wells across the Treasure Coast
Giving is processed through Faith Family Worship Center. When prompted, please designate to The Well so your gift is directed to this ministry.
Give to The Well
No amount is too small. Your generosity keeps a seat at the table open for someone who needs it.
